We only customize trips that involve active or adventure travel as that is what our company is all about.

Customising a trip requires focused time and effort that result in actual expenses. We charge a fee to meet the cost of customizing a trip in terms of our time, effort and expertise.

INR2000 or US$30 per booking (comprising any number of travellers). This fee entitles you to a maximum of 3 iterations of your customized itinerary and costing. If you confirm a booking based on any of these iterations, the non-refundable fee of Rs 2000 / USD 30 is adjusted towards the final cost of your trip. So, if you do take a trip with The Active Holiday Company, consider this your initial investment instead of a ‘charge’.

We need to know at least 6 weeks in advance if you would like a customized trip so that we have the time to make all the arrangements and make your trip amazing.
