Enjoy the incredible experience of not just watching the Tour de France teams on the three alpine stages of the race but also get on the saddle yourself and ride along the route to see some incredible cyclists during this event. This five-day adventure needs you to arrive at the Swiss town of Geneva and then on to Morzine in France. During the expedition, enjoy the exclusive Izoard VIP hospitality access where you will spot famous ex-cyclists, sponsors, and team guests. You also get to visit all the crucial Alpine mountain stages of the 2016 Tour de France in the Mont Blanc region of the Northern French Alps and for those bringing bikes you will be able to ride many of the famous Alpine climbs too!

Day 1
Arrive at Geneva, Morzine Open or Close

You arrive in Geneva for the final showdown at the French Alps. You will be dropped to your hotel at Morzine from Geneva Airport. Over dinner, you will be briefed about your tour’s itinerary. This is also a good opportunity to get to know your fellow group members. You stay overnight at Morzine.

Day 2
Megeve, Izoard hospitality area, Cycling/Drive Open or Close

The first stage includes 17 km individual Mountain Time Trial from Sallanches to Megeve with steep sections of up to 11%. After breakfast, you will be taken to the area located on course within the final portion of the stage, Megeve. Here you get to see famous ex-cyclists, sponsors and team guests. There is also a spectator-friendly elevated viewing area. Once at the finish area, you will go to the exclusive VIP Izoard hospitality area located very close to the final stretch of the course with a view of the finish. Everyone will be served drinks and snacks while watching the LIVE action as it unfolds on a big screen. After watching the finish and celebrating the victory, we return on the coach back to your hotel at Morzine. Riders can ride part of the route to Megeve before you head out to the Izoard - hospitality area at the finish in Megeve.

Day 3
St Gervais, Cycling/Drive Open or Close

The second stage includes a 146 km track where riders will climb the Collet de Tamie and two Cols with the name La Forclaz passing through the highest and toughest Mont Bisanne, before the final climb to Le Bettex through the Côte des Amerands. After breakfast, the tour vehicle will leave Morzine and make its way to St Gervais where you will witness the stage finish. The tour vehicle will stop by many vantage points offering glimpses of the French Alps. Riders will be offered a ride option with the support of minibus and bike guide. You will be dropped to the hotel after the stage finish.

Day 4
Morzine Open or Close

The third Stage in Mont Blanc territory, the much awaited one, includes a 146 km ride. It is short, sharp and intense ride with the Cols of Aravis, Ramaz, Colombiere and the steep and tough Joux Plane. After the climbs of the Col de la Ramaz, Joux Plane, the 2016 Tour de France could well be decided on a long 12 km downhill portion. After breakfast, riders can join the guided bike ride today before returning to Morzine to watch the finish. Meanwhile, the non-riders can relax in Morzine and wait to witness the yellow Jersey wearer at the end of the day.

Day 5
Depart Open or Close

Your exciting trip comes to an end this day. After breakfast, you will be dropped to Geneva airport. Please book flights after 12:00 to allow time for breakfast, the check in and the airport drive.
