Good trip. The hike was very well organised. The maps were documented very well
Hotels in Durnstein and Wiesenkerchen were very good

The ah-ha moment on the trip

The wachau valley is beautiful !!

Other miscellaneous information that can help future travellers

    Few things
    - the hotel names were wrong in 2 places. These are basic mistakes we don't expect
    - hotel in Prague - location was great, but hotel was very average. Should look for better hotels
    - wachau valley - there is a town called Melk which is the most popular town in the valley. That is skipped in the itinerary ! I would highly recommend putting that in or at least recommending a day extra to do it
    - the hotel in Spitz - extremely far from the city centre and lots of ups and downs. Please look for alternate hotels !

    Wachau Valley-Vienna-Prague

A trip that was mostly customized as per our needs, our travels through Wachau Valley, Vienna and Prague was all that it promised to be - a melange of hike, history, party. While the hike wasn't as exhilarating as we expected, it was good fun.

The ah-ha moment on the trip

Visiting and staying in the little towns in Wachau Valley - Durnstein, Weissenkirchen, Melk on the banks of Danube were real gems and not crowded with tourists.
Though Melk is not part of the Wachau valley hike we went on, it is a must-see. In fact, it should replace Spitz!

Tips for future travellers for this trip

Its best to have google maps guide you to the hotel. In most places, despite the directions and map screenshot on travel documents provided by tour operator, it is not easy to locate the hotels.

Other miscellaneous information that can help future travellers

Das Capri Hotel in Vienna was in perfect area with the metro just few steps away. It made it super easy for us to get around.
